Compensation: 96K-104 Up to 6% Bonus Responsibilities: Development of Internal Marketing Database: Work with IT in the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of an internal marketing database. This database will enable Marketing to execute error free mailings and to identify new sales and marketing opportunities through efficient management and analysis of customer and prospect data. Position will require proficiency on marketing database software/systems, and familiarity with data segmentation and usage of secondary data overlays. Development of a Prospecting Database: Will lead the effort and work with internal groups and outside agencies to develop an Database that can be used to prospect new accounts. It will be integrated with a broker database to support the same campaigns. Responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control procedures relating to use of internal mail files. Responsibilities will include the review and approvalof all internal mail files prior to release to vendors (i.e. printers, letter shops), developing record layouts and personalization instructions, as well as writing instructions for, and managing, all external list processing procedures (i.e. merge/purge, NCOA). Program Tracking & Data Analysis: They will provide support to marketing organization in developing program specific list analysis, generating program tracking reports, as well as running database counts/queries. He/she will work with internal to develop customer profiling requirements for direct mail tests as well as analysis and reporting on these tests. In the absence of the Manager, Retention Relationship Management manages the development and execution of targeted campaign lists for existing customers and constituents. Requirements: Five plus years of experience in database development, and maintenance with a sophisticated database marketing company working primarily with inside lists. Extensive hands-on interaction with computer systems and database applications and analytical tools. BA/BS in related field (Marketing, Business, Computer Science) and/or relevant business-to-business marketing experience. Strong analytical skills coupled with solid oral and written communication skills. Position will involve day-to-day interaction with Marketing counterparts, as well as ongoing interaction with IT department. Excellent computer skills (Excel & Access a must, plus SAS/SPSS or similar). List planning, acquisition, and processing (merge/purge) experience. Compensation: 78K-85K Up to 6% Bonus Responsibilities: This position is critical to Product Development's ability to understand current customers, products, and distribution channels, in order to design and launch products that will meet the needs of various market segments/targeted customers, thereby supporting corporate growth goals. In addition, this position will help support the Market Management function, performing routine/periodic analyses and ad hoc analyses. Job Description: Provide analytical support for specific Product Development initiatives, including pricing, plan designs and competitive analysis. Develop and produce routine (e.g. quarterly, monthly) reporting packages for Market Management, including broker performance, sales/retention, and trends. Compensation: 98K-112K Up to 15% Bonus Responsibilities: Overview: Position is responsible for managing the assets and processes for creating new and renewal proposals for my client's largest and most complex business cases. In addition to managing the infrastructure for all the proposal writers, incumbent also has direct responsibility for selected proposals - usually responses to the most demanding and business sensitive RFP's and RFI's. Principal Duties: Prepares some of the most complex proposals personally, including: Initial review of RFPs/RFIs and surveys to create a project plan including the timetable and expectations for final deliverables. Organize and participate in strategy meetings with senior sales personnel to determine the strategy and sales emphasis of each proposal. Obtaining needed information from appropriate databases or subject market experts. Writing and proofreading final deliverables. Develop and write targeted Executive Summaries or theme statements that highlight key selling points as well. Oversee entire production process ranging from working with creative staff in developing covers and other appropriate artwork to final quality review and sign off. Works closely with Director to identify departmental issues, resolve problems, make suggestions for process improvements, enhance proposal quality and train/hire new staff members; serves as back up to Director in his/her absence. With Director, helps identify and manage all key relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) within the company. In conjunction with appropriate SME's and proposal writers, manage development, maintenance, and update of question database needed to prepare proposals, as well as the Performance Guarantee and metrics databases. Coordinate workflows of data and supporting exhibits from National Accounts Sales, National Accounts Operations, Provider Relations, Health Services, and Underwriting to ensure successful and timely completion of multiple projects.
